NOTICE OF HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Township of Winslow Zoning and Land Development Ordinances, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the Township of Winslow Zoning Board of Adjustment for Use Variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)(1), together with a waiver of site plan approval, and for any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion and without further public notice, in order to allow the undersigned Applicant to establish, operate, and maintain a Day Habilitation Office to provide services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges within Suite 1 of the existing commercial/medical office building located on the property shown as Block 2201, Lot 5 on the Township of Winslow Tax Map, commonly known as 521 Sicklerville Road in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township, New Jersey.
Public hearing on the above-mentioned application has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Courtroom at the Mayor Dominic Maiese Municipal Complex, 125 S. Route 73, Braddock, New Jersey, at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) in the office of the Board Secretary, Barbara Householder, at the Mayor Dominic Maiese Municipal Complex, 125 S. Route 73, Braddock, NJ 08037. Please take further notice that the Board may, at is discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue said hearing from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Board Office concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
