Transportation Cabinet to Hold Public Meeting on May 21st for Bank Street, Portland Avenue, and Northwestern Pkwy
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will host a public meeting on Thursday, May 21st, to evaluate alternative concepts for the Bank Street, Portland Avenue, and Northwestern Parkway corridors between Main Street and the Shawnee Park Golf Course in the Portland and Shawnee Neighborhoods.
The public meeting will take place from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in Lehmann Hall at Good Shepherd Catholic Church (3525 Rudd Avenue, Louisville, KY 40212) on Thursday, May 21. Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend to learn more about the study and provide input. The goal of the study is to identify improvements that will enhance safe mobility for all users while maintaining adequate connections throughout the community, including serving the I-264 interchange at Bank Street and the I-64 interchange at 22nd Street.

Once compiled, the meeting record and supporting documentation will be available for review and copying only after an open records request has been received and approved.
