TRUST NOTICE UNDER IOWA TRUST CODE, SECTION 633A.3110 ANITA THOMPSON UPHOFF REVOCABLE TRUST dated January 15, 2021 To all persons regarding Anita Thompson Uphoff, deceased, who died on or about March 13, 2026: You are hearby notified that Daniel F. Uphoff, Trustee of the ANITA THOMPSON UPHOFF REVOCABLE TRUST, dated January 15, 2021. At this time, no probate administration is contemplated with regard to the above-referenced decedent's estate. Any action to contest the validity of the trust must be brought in the District Court of Johnson County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four (4) months from the date of second publication of this notice or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this notice to all heirs of the decedent and beneficiaries under the trust whose identities are reasonably ascertainable, or thereafter be forever barred.
