NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing pursuant to §134-16.1B and 134-17M of village law on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., and via videoconference beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard on said date.

The Planning Board will consider the application by Chris Teran. The property owner is Joseph Immorlica, 14 Fleming Dr., Newburgh NY 12550. The subject property, designated 48.8-6-16 on the tax map, is at 167 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., in the Business (B-1) District as well as the Village's Historic District. The applicants propose a change of use from Retail to Hair salon (Barber shop), requiring a site plan review (§134-16.1) and Parking Table (§134-17.M) of village law.

The Planning Board will consider all verbal and/or written statements from all persons interested in the proposed application in the various manners described above. The Planning Board will also consider such further relief as it finds necessary.
