Village of Frankfort Invitation for Paving Bid The Village of Frankfort is accepting sealed bids for Railroad Street (7,035 square yards), Skiff Avenue (565 square yards) Paving 1. Cold mill the existing asphalt surface to a depth of 2 ½" and provide all hauling, trimming, cleaning and sweeping. 2. Apply tack coat per NYS DOT application rates for milled pavement and for new asphalt pavement surface rates 3. Supply and install +/- 1" of 19MM true and level over the entire milled surface. 4. Adjust manholes and catch basins as needed, 13 total 5. Supply and install 1 ½" (after compaction) of 9.5 or 12.5MM HMA top course 6. Provide maintenance of traffic including flaggers, include mobilization and de-mobilization. The successful Bidder will be required to pay prevailing wage rates on this project. Sealed bids must be received by 1pm on July 22, 2026 at the Village Clerk's office, 110 Railroad Street, Frankfort, NY 13340. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall bear on the face the name and address of the responsible bidder and be labeled "Sealed bid". Bids will be opened and read aloud at 1:30 pm on July 22, 2026. The Board of Trustees of the Village of Frankfort reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
