VILLAGE OF GREENDALE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the Village of Greendale will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 3 at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room of Village Hall, 6500 Northway, Greendale, Wisconsin to consider the following matters: • A conditional use permit request under Section 17.16(13) of the Greendale Municipal Code from 5586 Arrowwood Street to extend the existing family room 10 feet to the east side of the property. • A conditional use permit request under Section 17.16(13) of the Greendale Municipal Code from 5904 Currant Lane to install CertainTeed Moire Black shingles and tear down the existing chimney and replace it with a B-vent. Copies of the request letter and public hearing materials are available in the Village Hall during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).
