QUINCY MIDDLE SCHOOL GYMNASIUM 32 FULTON STREET QUINCY, MI 49082 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Quincy/Quincy Township Joint Planning Commission will hold a special meeting and public hearing on MONDAY, MARCH 30th, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the QUINCY MIDDLE SCHOOL GYMNASIUM, 32 Fulton Street, Quincy, MI 49082. The purposes of the special meeting will be to conduct any lawful business to come before the Joint Planning Commission and to hold public hearings on two proposed ordinances. For Quincy Township, Ordinance No. 26-01, "An Ordinance To Amend the Zoning Ordinance to Regulate Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems." For the Village of Quincy, Ordinance No. 26-01, "An Ordinance To Amend the Zoning Ordinance to Regulate Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems." A copy of the proposed ordinances are available for public inspection at the Quincy Village Office during regular business hours or online at www.quincy-mi.org. Copies of the proposed ordinance may be purchased at the Quincy Village Office for a reasonable fee.
