NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 5:00PM at the Watertown Charter Township Hall, 12803 S Wacousta Rd, Grand Ledge, MI 48837, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following variance request.
Case No. 26-006 ZBA,
APPLICANT: Michelle Babcock
LOCATION: 8034 Corrison Rd., Grand Ledge, MI 48837. Parcel No. 19-150-180-000-002-00, Section 17.
REQUEST: A dimensional variance from the front yard setback requirements of the Watertown Charter Township Zoning Ordinance. The applicant seeks approval to reduce the required 50-foot front yard setback to approximately 34.6 feet to allow construction of a 10-foot by 24-foot addition to an existing attached garage.
