WEATHERIZATION CONTRACTORS! LEGAL NOTICE: Making Opportunity Count, Inc's (MOC) Energy Services Program is seeking Weatherization / Insulation Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Asbestos Removal Contractors and Mold Remediation Contractors. This RFP is for work being performed on the WAP annual grant and the WAP IIJA grant. Contractors may request more information and an RFP contract package by calling 978-342-7025, or obtaining one directly from our office at 601 River St, Fitchburg, MA 01420, during our business hours of operation from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Completed contract packages must be received by our office no later than Thursday June 18, 2026.
