Ch. 131 Sec. 40, as amended – The Wetlands Protection Act, a public hearing will be held on a Request for Determination (RDA) filed by Providence and Worcester Railroad Company (Owners) and Thomas Lewis, TEC Associates (Representative) to determine whether the renewing of the vegetation management plan on railroad right-of-way in Webster, MA is conforming to 333 CMR 11.0 and is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and local wetland bylaw.
