
Ivanka Lili'uokalani Jaquez and Roandy Isaac Coronado were married on October 4th at San Elceario Catholic Church by Fr. Juan Victor Gamiño, MNM. Bride and groom are graduates of San Elizario High School.
Parents of the bride are Lilia Martinez and Miguel Jaquez of San Elizario, TX. Parents of the groom are Elia Nieto of La Paz, Chihuahua and Jose Camilo Coronado of Ocampo, Chihuahua. The bride was escorted by both her parents, wore an a-line ivory dress with beaded lace sleeves, a beaded tiara with a french laced drop veil and carried a cascading bouquet made of minature calla lilies. The groom was escorted down the aisle by godmother, Norma Escobar.
The court included 21 couples, 4 flower girls and a page couple. Bridesmaids wore black dresses of their choice and carried bouquets of white roses; flower girls wore white dresses with black bows and floral crowns. Brother of the groom, Gerardo Coronado read the first reading and responsorial psalm accompanied by musician Ricky Mena; sister of the bride, Ivana Jaquez read the second reading and aunt of the bride, Raquel Martinez read the petitions.
Reception and dance was held at Jardines Arcoiris in Horizon City, TX. Over 400 guests, all family and friends were in attendance.
