If approved, the property will consist of a three-story mixed-use building containing the existing commercial use on the first floor and residential units above. The property is located in the Town of West New York's C-R Retail and Service Commercial Zone at 6125 – 6127 Bergenline Avenue, also known as Lot 7 in Block 139. The Applicant seeks site plan approval, a d(1) use variance, and "c" bulk variance as to minimum lot area, minimum lot depth, maximum building coverage, and off-street parking, as well as any exceptions, waivers, permits and/or approvals that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board.
