Wolterman, M.T. 26-CRF-0027 On February 11, 2026, the State Medical Board of Ohio sent a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing to Katie E. Wolterman, M.T. via registered email to her email address of record with no response. A copy of the Notice is available at www.elicense.ohio.gov. The Notice states that the State Medical Board of Ohio intends to determine whether or not to take non-disciplinary action against her license to practice massage therapy in Ohio due to alleged failure to meet all application requirements. Ms. Wolterman is entitled to a hearing in this matter if such hearing is requested within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice.
