York County Land Bank Authority 2026 Meeting Notice Notice is hereby given that the York County Land Bank Authority will hold its 2026 monthly board meetings both in-person and virtually via Zoom, on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 3:30 p.m. with the exception of the January meeting, on January 15, 2026, for which the Annual Meeting of the YCLBA will be held at 3:30 PM and the January monthly meeting will be held at 3:45 p.m. For participation in person: YCEA Boardroom, 144 Roosevelt Ave, York, PA 17401.
