To All Interested Parties:
A public hearing will be held by the Borough of Bergenfield Zoning Board of Adjustment in the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey on July 13, 2026 at 8:00pm in the Borough Hall, 198 N. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield, New Jersey 07621.

The property involved is 10 Judith Place, which is located in the R-5 zone. The proposed construction by the Applicant 10 Judith Associates LLC ("Applicant") of a second story addition on a one story house is contrary to the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Bergenfield, insofar as a variance is sought from the rear yard setback requirement, where 7.5 feet are required and 6.6 feet (the existing nonconforming condition) is proposed, and a variance is sought from the number of stories requirement, where 2 stories are permitted and 2 and a half stories are proposed, and where, at the time of the hearing, the Applicant reserves the right to amend the application and to apply for and request any and all other variances, permits, waivers, exceptions, interpretations, and/or other relief the need of which becomes apparent, or necessary, for the approval of the Applicant's application. The property is known on the Borough of Bergenfield's tax map as Block 239, Lot 11.
Anyone affected by this application may have an opportunity to be heard at a meeting to be held on July 13, 2026, at 8:00pm in the Municipal Building, 198 N. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield New Jersey 07621.
