ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TOWNSHIP OF OCEAN MONMOUTH COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
TAKE NOTICE that on the 27th day of May, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., a hearing will be held before the Township of Ocean, Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building in the Public Meeting Room, Deal and Monmouth Roads, Oakhurst, New Jersey on the appeal of the Zoning Officer, interpretation of the zoning map or construction of zoning ordinance(s) or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit:
to construct a second story addition to an existing split-level dwelling, as well as cover the existing front porch and reposition the front steps and walkway.
The Following variances have been applied for:
Sect. 21-29.2a1d - Minimum Front Yard Setback.
The proposed setback to the second story addition is 24.9' and to the steps is 13.6', which requires relief from the minimum 30' front yard setback requirement.
On the premises located at: 1307 Edgewood Avenue and designated as Block: 127 Lot: 17 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Ocean.
In addition, the applicant(s) seek any and all variance, waivers and/or related relief which may be necessary to approve the application that is proposed.
A copy of the application and all pertinent maps, drawings and documents have been filed with the Board Secretary and may be inspected at the Municipal Building in the Community Development Department during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
All persons wishing to be heard with regard to said application may appear at the time and place set forth above, and they will be given an opportunity to be heard in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
