Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Monmouth, Illinois on Wednesday April 8th, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall 100 East Broadway, at which time and place the board will consider:
1st Request:
A setback variance of five feet 9 inches (5.9) from the North (Side) property line instead of the required eight (8) feet side setback.
With all other setbacks met to relocate the existing 14' X 22'detached garage from the south side of house to the North side of the house as a detached garage. (Property has been surveyed)
