Zoning Notice Of Hearing ZONING NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that a public hearing will be held before the Mercer County Zoning Board of Appeals on March 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Mercer County Board Room, 2nd floor, Mercer County Courthouse, Aledo, Illinois for the purpose of hearing a petition by the Estate of John Richard Carson, Deceased, requesting that real estate described as follows, to-wit: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 13 North, Range 4 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Mercer County, Illinois, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a found iron rod marking the Southeast Corner of said Section 22; thence along the East Line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 22, North 00º57'59" East, 1372.07 feet to a set mag spike marking the South Sixteenth Corner of said Section 22, being the Point of Beginning of the tract of land herein described.
