The Defendants, Bonnie J. Kasper aka Bonnie Kasper, Deceased & Unknown Spouse, if any, Nancy Rocco & Unknown Spouse, if any, all whose last known address is 2141 Clearview Drive NE, Massillon, OH 44646; and if the above Defendants are deceased, the unknown widow, widower, devisees, legatees, heirs at law, executors, administrators, assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs, and Defendant, the Unknown Tenant, if any, of 1121 Borden Avenue SW, Massillon, OH 44647, will please take notice that on the 12th day of September, 2025, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the case for the foreclosure of tax lien encumbering the following property as set forth below:
Known as and being Permanent Parcel No. 609827; 609828, located at 1121 Borden Avenue SW, Massillon, OH 44647, Stark County; vacant lot at Borden Avenue SW, Massillon, OH 44647, Stark County, further described in the Preliminary Judicial Report filed with the Stark County Clerk of Courts.
This foreclosure proceeding is captioned, Alexander A. Zumbar, Treasurer of Stark County, Ohio v. Bonnie J. Kasper aka Bonnie Kasper, Deceased, et al., Case No. 2025CV02011, Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Stark County Courthouse, Canton, Ohio, and requests that this real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes.
You will further take notice that unless you answer the allegations contained in said complaint on or before the (28 days from last day of publication) 21st day of November, 2025, judgment will be taken against you for the foreclosure of said tax lien, sale of property and other relief, together with the costs of this action.
