Sealed Bids will be received by the Harmony Township Commissioners, 2501 Woodland Road, Ambridge Pennsylvania 15003 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, and opened immediately on January 7, 2026, for Proposed Renovations to The Existing Harmony Township Municipal Building — Upper Level
The work includes renovations within the Upper Level of the Existing Township Building. FourPrime project delivery method will be utilized. Bids will be required on a stipulated lump sum basis for the following separate Prime Contracts: General Construction Work, Mechanical Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work.
This is a Prevailing wage project. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Architect. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Harmony Township.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM Prevailing Time at the Township Building.
Copies of bidding Documents may be directly purchased (hard and electronic copies) at, AccuCopy Reprographics (724.935.7055). No refund will be made for the return of any documents. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
