ADVERTISEMENT Sealed Bids will be received by the Harmony Township Commissioners, 2501 Woodland Road, Ambridge Pennsylvania 15003 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, and opened immediately on January 7, 2026, for Proposed Renovations to The Existing Harmony Township Municipal Building — Upper Level The work includes renovations within the Upper Level of the Existing Township Building. FourPrime project delivery method will be utilized. Bids will be required on a stipulated lump sum basis for the following separate Prime Contracts: General Construction Work, Mechanical Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work. This is a Prevailing wage project. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Architect. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Harmony Township. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM Prevailing Time at the Township Building.
