CONTRACT NO. 26-ST01
2026 STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS
The scope of work generally includes replacement of approximately 500 linear feet of storm sewer pipe and associated restoration. Additional work includes manholes, inlets, precast concrete headwalls/endwalls, guide rail replacement, R-5 riprap aprons, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction .

2026 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
The scope of work generally consists of approximately 31,000 square yards of roadway milling and profiling; binder course, scratch course, and wearing course; bituminous wedge curb; base repair; adjustment of structures to grade and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction.

FOUR SEASONS PAVILION – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
The scope of work generally consists of all General Construction Work associated with the Four Seasons Pavilion including but not limited to framing; interior walls; shelving and casework; partitions; concrete slab on grade; foundation; roof framing; handrails; stairs; columns; masonry; standing seam metal roof; floor finishing; restrooms and toilet room accessories; concrete floor; man doors; windows; glazing; tile ceiling; earthwork and grading; concrete sidewalk; ADA ramps; lawn restoration; add alternate for stormwater improvements and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction.

FOUR SEASONS PAVILION – MECHANICAL
The scope of work generally consists of the completion of all mechanical work associated with construction of the Center Township Four Seasons Pavilion including but not limited to installation of new roof top units; louvers; diffusers; electric heaters; ductwork; duct detectors; exhaust fans and all necessary appurtenances for said construction.

FOUR SEASONS PAVILION – PLUMBING
The scope of work generally consists of the completion of all Plumbing work associated with the Center Township Four Seasons Pavilion including but not limited to installation of new gas service; sanitary sewer service; ventilation; floor drains; plumbing fixtures; water heater; bituminous trench restoration; connections to existing services, and all necessary appurtenances for said construction.

FOUR SEASONS PAVILION – ELECTRICAL
The scope of work generally consists of the completion of all electrical work associated with the Center Township Four Seasons Pavilion including but not limited to wiring of facility; connections to interior and exterior lighting; emergency lighting; receptacles; data outlets and all other necessary appurtenances for said construction.
Contract Nos. 26-PK1 through 26-PK4 are partially funded by The Local Share Account Grant Program administered by the Commonwealth Financing Authority. Contractors are required to meet all applicable grant requirements.

Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township of Center.
The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
Attention is directed to the fact that procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania “Steel Products Procurement Act, Act No. 1978-3”; and for Contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act of 1961 P.L. 987), and The Public Works Employment Verification Act (July 2012) apply.
