NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ENACT ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Ohioville, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, intends to enact an Ordinance at its regular monthly meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., at the Borough Annex Building, 6268 Tuscarawas Road, Ohioville Borough, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. A brief summary thereof is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF OHIOVILLE, COUNTY OF BEAVER AND COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE YEAR 2026 The proposed Ordinance fixes the tax rate for the year 2026 for general Borough purposes on all real property situate within the geographical limits of Ohioville Borough and subject to taxation for Borough purposes at the rate of 2.5 mills on each one dollar of the valuation of said real property as assessed for county purposes. A copy of this proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Borough Secretary/Treasurer, Natalie Ollis, and at the Beaver County Law Library, Courthouse, Beaver, PA.
