PROPOSED ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of New Brighton, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing at their next regular council meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers, 610 Third Avenue, New Brighton, PA on two proposed ordinances. The following is a summary of the proposed ordinances. Complete copies of the proposed ordinances are on file at the New Brighton Borough Municipal Building, where they can be inspected during regular business hours. Borough Council may consider action on the proposed ordinance following the public hearing or within sixty (60) days of this advertisement. AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF NEW BRIGHTON FIXING THE RATE AND LEVYING THE BOROUGH TAX ON REAL PROPERTY FOR THE YEAR 2026 AND APPROPRIATING SPECIFIC SUMS ESTIMATED TO BE REQUIRED FOR THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT, HEREINAFTER SET FORTH, DURING THE YEAR 2026.
