CITY OF KELLEY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, January 27, 2026 The City of Kelley Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Mayor Jackie Sapp. Roll Call: Present: Tim Salasek, Brendan Burtnett, Ben Adams and Alex Lundgren. Absent: None. Also present: Jaeda Davies – City Clerk; Garret Davies - public works. Motion was made by Adams, seconded by Burtnett, to approve the consent agenda. Those items approved include the Agenda for January 27, 2026; claims for a total of $3,425.97. Motion approved with a vote of 4-0. VENDOR REFERENCE AMOUNT ELAN CREDIT CARD SUPPLIES,POSTAGE,TRAINING,GAS $2,099.15 WELLMARK 02-2026 HEALTH INSURANCE $1,326.82 Expenses above by category: General $2,409.66; Road Use $0; Water $511.64; Sewer $504.67; Storm Water $0.00. Public works talked with council about property in town to be talked about at a later date. Sapp asked if anyone was interested in the council position, Ronald Finch stated his interest. Sapp called a vote. Burtnett, Adams, Salasek, and Lundgren voted for Finch. All ayes. The Oath of office was taken by Finch. Council discussed the budget at length.
