NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE DALLAS CENTER CITY COUNCIL The Dallas Center City Council will hold a public hearing on an amendment to the City's Zoning Code at 7 p.m. on April 14, 2026, in the Council Chambers in Memorial Hall (above City Hall) at 1502 Walnut Street in Dallas Center, Iowa. The amendment to the Zoning Code (proposed Ordinance No. 639) adds new Section 165.51, which establishes the Ash Grove Planned Unit Development. Residents may contact the City Clerk at City Hall to review or obtain a copy of the proposed ordinance making the change. Residents may attend the public hearing to make comments either in favor or against the proposed changes. Comments may also be submitted in writing prior to the hearing to the City Clerk.
