Notice of Change of Control Jennifer Garst Family Trust UW dated March 18, 2022, Des Moines, Iowa, with Iowa State Bank, Des Moines, Iowa as Trustee and Elizabeth Garst, Coon Rapids, Iowa as Trust Investment Director intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to join the Garst Family Control Group and acquire 10 percent or more of the shares and thereby control of Greene Investment Co, Jefferson, Iowa. Greene Investment Co. controls Home State Bank, Jefferson, Iowa, and Raccoon Valley Bank, Perry, Iowa. The Federal Reserve considers several factors when deciding whether to approve the notice.
