BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 15th day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit :
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, all rights, ways and privileges thereto appertaining, being, lying and situated in RAPIDES Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as follows:
A certain parcel or lot of ground, together with all buildings thereon, situated in the City of Pineville, Rapides Parish, and being Lot "B" of the P.H. O'Neal Subdivision of Lots 5 and part of Lot 6 of Square 3 of the East Point Addition to the Town of Pineville lying west of the L & A Railroad, as per plat of record in plat book 5, page 180, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
