BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 22nd day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Part of Lot One (1) of Block Two (2) of the Lawrence & Lewis Addition to the City of Pineville, as per plat thereto recorded at Plat Book 1, Page 162, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Start at the point of the Southern side of College Street at which said street is intersection by the line between Block 9 of College Hill Addition and Block 2 of the Lawrence & Lewis Addition, and run southwesterly along the property line of College street a distance of 52.75 feet to establish the frontage of the lot herein described, thence run southeasterly to a point on the line between Lots 1 and 2 said Block 2 to the point which is 102 feet from the line of said Addition and said College Hill Addition, thence run southwesterly on said line of Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 51 feet, thence run back to the point of beginning.
