CITY OF PINVILLE NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS   The following request has been submitted to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Pineville, State of Louisiana and referred to the Zoning Commission for its recommendation:   -- A PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF 6.046 ACRES OF PROPETY LOCATED AT 2445 MILITARY HWY, BELONGING TO WILLIAM LEATHERMAN AND ALVIN HERNANDEZ, TO BE ZONED AS RESIDENTIAL (R-1).   A Zoning Commission hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. at Pineville City Hall, 910 Main Street, Pineville, LA.   The report of the Zoning Commission will be presented to the Mayor and City Council that same evening at the regular Council Meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 910 Main Street, Pineville, LA.
