BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 25th day of February, 2026 the following property to-wit :

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot two (2) of the revised survey of block three (3) of Horseshoe Gardens Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 12, page 153, of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
