Being the same property acquired by Taylor Hampton Vollman via that Cash Deed Sale filed at COB 1909, PG 705, Instrument #1471496, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, having a municipal address of 240 St. Andrews Drive, Alexandria, Louisiana 71303, all is shown by that Act of Cash Sale recorded in the Rapides Parish Clerk of Court's Office at Conveyance Book 2059, Page 336. Owned in indivision with the Unopened Succession of Robert Cole McCrery, Jr. The primary term of the private sale is a purchase price of one half of the total appraised value of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($380,000.00), representing the one-half (½) ownership interest of the Unopened Succession of Robert Cole McCrery, Jr, less all fees, costs, charges, encumbrances, and reimbursement expenses associated with the property and/or attached to the property and those that may be awarded by the Court. The Unopened Succession of Robert Cole McCrery, Jr., is hereby notified that it has fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice to file an answer to Plaintiff's Petition.
