BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 11th day of March, 2026 the following property to-wit :
A certain tract of land, on the North side of Red River, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South right-of-way of Bayou Maria Road and East side of a graded road; thence going South 39 degrees 15 minutes West along the right-of-way of said graded road 11.05 chains to the Point of Beginning; thence South 71 degrees, 50 minutes East 6.34 chains; thence South 39 degrees, 15 minutes West 1.58 chains; thence North 71 degrees, 50 minutes West 6.34 chains; thence North 39 degrees, 15 minutes East 1.58 chains to the Point of Beginning, containing one (1) acre, less the road; and being part of Lot 23 of what is known as McMain Subdivision to the Town of Pineville, Louisiana.
