BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 11th day of March, 2026 the following property to-wit :

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining being and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particulalry described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Eight (8) of the Extension of the C.J. Ellington Subdivision in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, all as more fully shown by Plat of Survey thereof Daniel D. Sandefur, dated February 28, 1957 and recorded at COB 510, Page 572, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
