BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 6th day of May, 2026 the following property to-wit :

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
5.436 acres located in the northwest quarter of Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 2 East, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly shown on Certificate of Survey by Frank L. Willis dated March 5, 1998, a copy of which is attached hereto.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITH" APPRAISEMENT
