BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 10th day of June, 2026 the following property to-wit :
