BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 1st day of July, 2026 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways and privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining, situated in the City of Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, in that certain block or square of said City of Alexandria, bounded by Lee, Turner, Barrister and Culver Streets, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Begin at a point on Lee Street where the North right of way line of Turner Street intersects the West right of way line of Lee Street, and run thence along the westerly right of way line of Lee Street in a northerly direction the distance of 59.7 feet to a point, which point is the point of beginning of the property herein described. From the point of beginning thus established, continue along the westerly right of way line of Lee Street in a northerly direction a distance of 52.5 feet to a point; thence turn to the left at an exterior angle of 99 degrees 24 minutes and run in a westerly direction on a straight line the distance of 112.04 feet to a point marked by a 1/2 inch pipe; thence turn to the right at an interior angle of 109 degrees 37 minutes and run along a straight line the distance of 73 feet to a point on the southerly right of way line of Culver Street marked by a 1/2 inch pipe; thence turn to the left and run along the southerly right of way line of Culver Street in a westerly direction a distance of 57.3 feet to a point marked by a 1/2 inch pipe; thence turn to the left and run along a straight line perpendicular to the southerly right of way line of Culver Street the distance of 80.2 feet to a point marked by a 1/2 inch pipe; thence turn to the left and run along a straight line the distance of 27.2 feet to a point marked by an X in concrete; thence turn to the right at an interior angle of 119 degrees 47 minutes and run along a straight line the distance of 84.3 feet to a point marked by a bolt; thence turn to the left and run along a straight line the distance of 65.2 feet back to the point of beginning of the property herein described, all as is shown more particularly by a certificate of survey dated October 14, 1985 by Daniel D. Sandefur, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, for greater certainty of description.
Said property bears the municipal address of 1848 Lee Street, Alexandria, Louisiana 71301.

NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
