Mayor Herman G. Williams called the meeting to order at 2:09 PM. 2. The invocation was given by Mayor Herman G. Williams. 3. The pledge of alliance was said by all. 4. Roll call was as follows: PRESENT: Alderpersons Michael Busch, Albert Butler, Michael Henton, George L. Clark ABSENT: Alderperson Ashton Washington 5. Presentation of 2025-2026 Budget Amendments were presented by Mr. Steven McKay. 6. A public hearing was held to obtain public input on the proposed 2025-2026 budget amendments.  7. Presentation of 2026-2027 Operating Budgets was given by Mr. Steven McKay. 8. A public hearing was held to obtain public input on the proposed 2026-2027 operating budget. 9.
