Mayor Don Parker and Council Members met in regular session December 1, 2025. Present were Clerk Mechele Jones, Kim Cloessner and Danita Davis. Lee Book was absent. The meeting came to order following a prayer by Mayor Parker.
Minutes of the regular session from November 3, 2025 were read. Danita Davis made a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Kim Cloessner. The Financial Reports were read for each of the departments. Danita Davis made a motion to accept the reports and pay the bills; seconded Kim Cloessner.
Mayor Parker let the Council know there will be a Special Meeting on December 16, 2025 discussing the end of year Financial Report with Shanna Jones, CPA.
Kim Cloessner made a motion to amend the Mobile Home Ordinance; seconded by Danita Davis.
Motion to adjourn was made by Kim Cloessner; seconded by Danita Davis.
