CITY OF MENASHA
PUBLIC HEARING
SPECIAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of an informal public hearing to be held before the City of Menasha Plan Commission on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 3:30 P.M., in the first-floor conference rooms of the Menasha City Center, 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, for the purpose of the consideration of a special use permit. Upon recommendation a formal public hearing will be scheduled at the City of Menasha Common Council, date and time to be determined.
An application for a Special Use Permit has been submitted by the property owner, Gerald Bongard, to allow a high-density residential use at 1284 Midway Road (Parcel No. 6-01262-15) within the C-1 General Commercial District, as required by Sec. 13-1-29(c)(11) of the City of Menasha Municipal Code.
Anyone that is interested is invited to attend this meeting and will be given an opportunity to be heard. Feedback can also be shared with Plan Commission members via written letters, email, or phone call.
