City of Menasha - Board of Zoning Appeals - Public Hearing City of Menasha Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on October 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in 132 of Menasha City Center, 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI to hear the request of: Gary Sanders, 78 Fox Street (Parcel No. 3-00708-00), Menasha – the applicant is requesting to construct a single-family house within the required front and side yard setbacks Absent a variance, the proposed house would not be allowed in a R-1 Single Family Residence District which requires a minimum front yard setback of twenty-five (25) feet, or the prevailing setback and side yard setback of a minimum of six (6) feet and aggregate total on both sides of sixteen (16) feet. The proposed house encroaches upon the required front yard setback abutting Butte Des Morts Dr by seventeen (17) feet and the aggregate total for the side yard setback by two (2) feet.
