NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF FOX VALLEY TRUCK SCENIC BLUFF, LLC NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF FOX VALLEY TRUCK SCENIC BLUFF, LLC IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 183 that: (1) Fox Valley Truck Scenic Bluff, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, has dissolved effective June 30, 2026; (2) all persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against Fox Valley Truck Scenic Bluff, LLC or its managers or members, in their capacities as such, must present such claims to Mark Arft in writing via first class mail, postage prepaid, to 5668 West Neubert Road, Appleton,Wisconsin, 54913 with a copy to Attorney Jon L. Fischer at McCarty Law LLP, 2401 East Enterprise Ave, Appleton, WI 54913; (3) each claim must describe in detail the nature and amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount, the date upon which the claim arose, and the facts and circumstances giving rise to the claim. Each claim must be accompanied by documentation supporting or substantiating the claim; and (4) any alleged claims against Fox Valley Truck Scenic Bluff, LLC or its managers or members will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.
