NOTICE OF HEARING ON JOINT PETITION FOR VACATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 236.41, the undersigned hereby provides notice of that certain Joint Petition for Vacation which has been filed with the Outagamie County Circuit Court by Joint Petitioners Akey Property Management LLC and the City of New London, Case No. 2026CV000707, requesting the vacation of a portion of the plat as described below.
DESCRIPTION OF PLAT TO BE PARTIALLY VACATED
Name of Plat: Morningside
Portion to be Vacated: All of Glory Road
Legal Description: All of Glory Road as dedicated by Morningside, a subdivision plat recorded in Cabinet H of Plats in File Numbers 3 and 4, as Document No. 1267398, being a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 22 North, Range 15 East, City of New London, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, containing 63,848 square feet (1.47 acres) of land contained within the following described lands: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 8, thence N89°20'09"E, 1343.16 feet along the North line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 8 to the West line of Morningside, thence S00°39'51"E, 33.00 feet, along said West line to the South right-of-way line of Allcan Road and the Point of Beginning; thence N89°20'09"E, 692.20 feet along said South right-of-way line to the Northeast corner of Lot 3 of said Morningside; thence S00°39'51"E, 628.70 feet along the East line of said Morningside to the Southeast corner thereof; thence S89°14'01"W, 692.20 feet along the North line of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 8 as previously surveyed and monumented by others, also being the South line of said Morningside to the Southwest corner thereof; thence N00°39'51"W, 629.93 feet along the West line of said Morningside to the Point of Beginning.
