Notice of Application to Transfer Insured Deposits Notice is hereby given that American National Bank – Fox Cities, 2200 N. Richmond St., Appleton, WI 54911, has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for permission to transfer the assets and liabilities of American National Bank – Fox Cities, 2200 N. Richmond St., Appleton, WI 54911, to Landmark Financial Credit Union, 555 S. Executive Dr., Brookfield, WI 53005. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated. Following this transfer, and to effect the voluntary dissolution of American National Bank – Fox Cities, the shell entity shall be merged into ANB Merger Corp., a Wisconsin corporation. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office located at 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60606, not later than June 8, 2026. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
