Independent Aggregates LLC, 3517 N 6th St, Abilene, TX 79603-5642 has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for an Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration Number 182867, which would authorize construction of a permanent rock crusher. The facility is proposed to be located using the following directions: From the intersection of FM 89 and FM 126, travel North on FM 126 for approximately 2.93 miles, turn West onto a private road and travel approximately 0.7 miles, the site will be on the West side of the private road, Merkel, Taylor County, Texas 79536.
