THE COMMISSIONERS OF FIRE DISTRICT NO. 2 IN THE TOWNSHIP OF OCEAN, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH   Authorizing Creation of Position of Deputy Fire Coordinator _____________________ WHEREAS, the Fire District deems it necessary to create the position of Deputy Fire Coordinator; and WHEREAS, a public hearing shall be held concerning the creation of the position on October 15, 2025 at 7 PM at the Ocean Township Fire District No. 2 Firehouse, 2001 Sunset Ave., Ocean, NJ 07712; and WHEREAS, the Fire District shall determine the job responsibilities of the position and the terms and conditions of employment as deemed appropriate and necessary. NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Fire District No. 2 in the Township of Ocean, County of Monmouth, as follows: (1) The hearing shall be advertised in accordance with New Jersey statutory law and the Fire District may adopt the resolution after the hearing on second reading thereby creating the position.
