DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
LEGAL NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the undersigned has filed a Development Application requesting approval and a variance to:
(1) Retroactively obtain approval for a driveway apron that exceeds the maximum allowed width of 12 feet. The applicant believed he was authorized by Ocean County Planning Board to widen the driveway apron to 30 feet and did so. The Applicant seeks a variance from the Seaside Park Planning Board to allow the 30-foot wide driveway to remain as constructed. The Applicant accordingly a a bulk variance from Section 405-21.
(2) The Applicant's residence has a four foot high fence partially surrounding his property. He seeks approval to replace the fence posts with six foot high posts (the maximum allowable). The proposed higher posts would be located in the same locations as the existing posts.
The premises of this Application is 1009 Boulevard and designated on the Seaside Park Tax Map as Block 58, Lot 9.
The Development Application and supporting documents are available for review Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.mm. in the Municipal Offices located t 1701 North Ocean Avenue, Seaside Park.
A hearing on this Development Application before the Seaside Park Planning Board will be held during the meeting scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday November 17, 2025 in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room located at Sixth and Central Avenues, Seaside Park at which time interested parties may comment on this Development Application.
