PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Jackson Township will hold a hearing on the application of Moshe and Lisa Weiss. The hearing will be held at the Township, 95 W. Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located on 486 Clearstream Road, Jackson, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 13601, Lot 3, Jackson Township, New Jersey located in the R-3 zone.
The applicant previously obtained Variance approval to construct a single-family dwelling that requires a side yard setback variance of 22 ft. where 29.11 is an existing condition and 50 ft. is required. The applicant now seeks Amended Variance approval to provide a finished basement and an addition to the deck.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use and bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Planning and Zoning Office, 65 Don Connor Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
