REORGANIZATION MEETING NOTICE   SEA GIRT PLANNING BOARD   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Sea Girt Planning Board will convene a Reorganization Meeting in person at the Sea Girt Elementary School, 451 Bell Place (Gym/Auditorium), Sea Girt, NJ and via Zoom/virtual Meeting on January 21, 2026. The meeting will start at 7:00 P.M. At the January 21, 2026, meeting, the Board will review, discuss, and possibly vote upon certain matters. The tentative agenda, to the extent currently known, includes the following:   1. Possible adoption of Minutes/Resolutions. 2. Potential adoption of a Resolution/Motion regarding the consideration of a minor subdivision of Block 32, Lot 3; 205 Stockton Blvd. 3. Reorganization Meeting of Planning/ Zoning Board. 4. Public comments. 5. Potential Executive Session, if necessary. 6.
