TOWNSHIP OF MARLBORO NOTICE OF AWARD OF CONTRACTS   I certify that the following contract awards were adopted by the Township Planning Board of the Township of Marlboro at their Reorganization Meeting held on February 4, 2026 at 7:30 p.m.   The Township Planning Board of the Township of Marlboro hereby authorize and approve the award of contracts for Professional Services pursuant to the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.5 for a period of one year, January 1, 2026-December 31, 2026, with the exception of Resolution 2026-01 which is for a period of January and February 2026 for the following:   Res. #2026-03 – Laura Neumann P.E.
