PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 12th day of January, 2026, the Superior Court fixed March 13, 2026, between the hours of nine o’clock in the forenoon and four o’clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Township of Little Egg Harbor located at Municipal Building, 665 Radio Road, Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, 08087 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #21-00124 dated December 16, 2021, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Township of Little Egg Harbor, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, and recorded in the office of the Ocean County Clerk/Register in mortgage book 19110, page 1771; and covers real estate located at 230 Radio Rd, Little Egg Harbor, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey known as Block 292, Lot 7.03 on the tax duplicate of the Township of Little Egg Harbor, and assessed to Patrick Princiotti. Total amount required to redeem is $74,538.40, together with interest from December 9, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
